The content of www.playdays.com.au is not provided for commercial use. To use for commercial use is strictly prohibited. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded transmitted, modified, posted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Playdays P/L.

CURRENCY

All prices on www.playdays.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

GST

All products listed for purchase on www.playdays.com.au attract and include a GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10%.

FRAUD

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to Australian civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Playdays does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, fraudulently obtained credit cards or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Playdays will refund any product within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been used or removed from it''s packaging and has not been worn or used in any way. Delivery fees are not refundable.

DELIVERY

All purchases will be delivered within 14 days of the date of purchase within Australia. International orders should allow 30 days for delivery. Deliveries will be sent via Australia Post. Playdays are not responsible for postage delays beyond our direct control.

This Site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
